About
This site keeps two kinds of notes:
- Foreign-trade and cross-border operations — inquiries, independent stores, marketplaces, quoting, sourcing. Written from work actually done, with the numbers where possible.
- Building the system — how the content pipeline is put together: architecture, automation, costs, rework and wrong turns.
Why write
- A comparable sample for peers: what worked, and what it cost.
- A traceable record for myself: why a decision was made, three months from now.
Principles
- Conclusion first. One problem per post.
- Numbers get a source; otherwise they are labelled as illustrative.
- No invented news or policy. Platform rule changes must link to the original.
- Failures are written up, not polished away.
